Our studio flat it is located near Vatican Museums ,the studio apartment size has 30 MQ and is composed like this : sleeping  area with queen size bed,TV,locker and in the living area is a  kitchenette with all  kitchen tools & accessories for your comfortable stay and a beautiful bathroom.

Our modern bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, magnifying shaving and make up mirror as well as all the amenities you could possible need during your stay.

Max occupancy is for studio flat of 2 persons +1 child  that sleep in the same bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival at check-in for the reservations without credit cards. This will be collected as a cash payment and you will be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash payment, subject to an inspection of the property.In case of damages the deposit will be blocked until the issues will be resolve.

The cleaning service is made every 6 days for long stays and it is complimentary ,every extra cleaning request is charged 60€.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children of any age are welcome.Children 18 and above are considered adults at this property
Children up to and including 2 years old can stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds can be add in the one bedroom apartment.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets:Pets are NOT allowed.

Destination Fee: The City tax of Rome is 3,50€ for person for night(for children from 10 years old up) is NOT included in the reservation and will be paid at check-in.
